We’re Mat and Sarah Nice, a husband-and-wife speaking duo dedicated to promoting workplace safety, resilience, and recovery after life-changing incidents.
In 2020, Mat survived a devastating electric shock and arc flash while on a job site. That single moment reshaped our lives forever. Since then, we've made it our mission to use that experience to raise awareness, drive home the importance of safety protocols, and help others understand the real human cost of workplace accidents.
Together, we bring raw honesty, emotional depth, and practical insights to every talk we give — from construction crews to corporate safety teams.
